Hi! I'm Caroline, the founder of Crafty Fox.
Based in York, we offer fun, hands-on art & craft classes for children and adults, school holiday clubs and unforgettable birthday parties!
Would your child enjoy an arty/crafty club in the holidays?
Our school holiday workshops are all about sparking children’s imaginations and building their creative confidence. Each session has a fun theme, and we provide all the materials they need to design, build, and create to their heart’s content. We’re always on hand to guide and encourage, while also making sure there are plenty of breaks for games, snacks, and laughter.

Our Summer Sessions are now available to book!
Our holiday workshops will take place at two venues this Summer.
The Holy Redeemer Church Hall in Acomb and
The Rec in Copmanthorpe.
We'll be running our usual summer sessions, where we explore a variety of arts and crafts, and we're also bringing back our popular fashion upcycle sessions!

Fashion Upcycle Club Returns this Summer!
Our fashion upcycling workshops are a fun and creative way to teach children about sustainability and show them that clothes don't have to be thrown away. Kids will be encouraged to redesign and upcycle pre-loved clothing using their imaginations and hand-on skills.
Children will have the chance to hand sew, cut fabric and accesorise their
chosen items. Our team will be on hand to assist, and we'll use our sewing machine to help bring their designs to life.Children are welcome to bring items from home to upcycle, or they can choose items from our rail of pre-loved clothing, with options for different styles, including both boys' and girls' items.
New for 2026!
This summer, we will be running two exciting craft workshops at Bar Hashery on Layerthorpe. Each workshop is 1.5 hours long and is suitable for ages 5 and up.
These workshops are ideal for parents and carers who would like to stay with their child, or spend some time in the main coffee shop while their child crafts with us. Bar Hashery has a large open-plan seating area, as well as a children's play area where younger children can stay entertained.
It's a great option for the school holidays!
